Returns

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized products are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer support at support@alzahraclothing.com with your order details.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the invoice.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Items not returned in their original condition or with missing tags may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
