  • For deliveries outside of Sydney, please contact our customer support at contact@alzahra.au

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Sydney time) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
    • Cost: AUD 10 (Free for orders above AUD 100).

  2. Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
    • Cost: AUD 20.
